Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment if you are a new guest.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will need to reschedule. This is strongly enforced.
NO KIDS ALLOWED UNLESS THEY ARE BEING SERVICED.We are here to provide you and our other guest with an experience. This cannot be done if we or you have to accommodate the needs of your children.
We ask that you not bring any other guest as tag alongs with you to your appointment.
There are no in person drop-ins/phone consultations without an appointment. Our time and attention is always with the guest at hand.
All extension/color appointments require a non-refundabledeposit. Please see Services & Pricing for more detail.
There is a 24 hour cancellation period. If you neglect to cancel prior to 24 hours of your appointment, you will be fully charged for the services.
All sales are final and Mane Results Salon has the right to refuse any services.
